I had a newer nurse than the one I've had most of the time on my visits. It was the over 5 minutes before she introduced herself. Once she realized it, she corrected. Just a note that it makes a patient more relaxed once the pleasantries are done and over.

Appointment was for 4PM didn't see the doctor until 5:15 or later.

The respect was good. It's just the time it took for the doctor to see me. It's too long to wait, a patient to wait too long, over 45 minutes to wait, to get seen by the doctor. That needs to change. Thank you.

The med student that came in before the doctor was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. She gave the correct information to the doctor to allow him to make the correct assessment. Great teamwork!

My husband has advanced Alzheimer's disease and it is increasingly difficult to get him to go to any dr's office. I was really looking for a primary care Dr that could treat him and take care of all his medical needs. They all want to punt to neurology, so that means more stressful office visits for him.

Everything was fine, I can't say that there wasn't any area of slackness in the medical practice. My suggestion would be to keep holding up the standards that there at the office don.t slack up. keep going they can only get better.

Well, this is not a reference to the trust or anything because I have full trust in my doctors. But I really enjoyed the new intern doctor that I've seen with Dr. Mofor. I can't think of what his name is right now, but he is an excellent and a superb doctor. It's like he already been doing doctoring for a long period of time and stuff. And he did an excellent job talking with me about my medical conditions and all that other good stuff. So yes, he's definitely a good person. And Dr. Mofor is foremost, as always, my number one, though. And that's about all I got to say. I just know I like both of the doctors that I've seen on my visit, especially the new doctor. Thank you.

Everything was good.

All of my scripts were not called in to the pharmacy as they should have been. I sent a message online and called and only one of the two missing scripts got called in. I had to send another message about the missing script but have yet to receive a response. Not sure why this is taking so long and a big inconvenience to have keep returning to the pharmacy multiple times.

When making an appointment at 1:20. Don't wait until 1:55 to call your patient or provide an update. The response, we left late for lunch is disappointing. We'll Im on my lunch break as well. And I have not eaten because there is anticipated blood work. Thank God for the Doctor. He IMMEDIATELY apologized with sincerity. I was sure this was not the norm. I apologize for my reaction. But it is frustrating when you expect the patient to have tolerance for time when the office would not extend the same courtesy.

the wait time foe my appointment should not have been Forty minute which is unacceptable.

First, I believe that the provider did not listen to my issues. He was in a rush it seems. He brushed off my concerns and paperwork, like they were a hindrance to him. He tried to explain away sxs like he knew everything.i will be seeking another provider after this visit. I tried explaining that I had other medical issues for the paperwork but he did not take that into consideration and went forward with what he thought was best.

The provider was very pleasant and was very polite when he greeted me. He made sure that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done on my part. No complaints.

I can,t think of anything needed I didn't, receive. I have no complaints. 5 stars to my Doctor! Would surely express that when speaking of family care; facilities.

Have no problem with their services

I asked for a same-day appointment. I didn't get a call back until the next day. I ended up being sent to the emergency room. Secondly, I waited over an hour. I had a 1:20 appointment and I wasn't seen until after well after 2 o'clock. So I would say the office would benefit from additional staffing.

and felt rushed, like he was present, but not present, trying to almost get me in and out. I mean, he answered questions, but they were sort of short and to the point. Didn't have that warm, fuzzy feeling. So, but yes, but overall, I mean, good visit, but I think just even from hanging physicals, seems like it's not as invasive or in detail. to really determine how well a person's health is.

The staff was respectful even when I did not agree with what was stated or presented. I always want the staff to take time and listen to me and not rush me out.

It was a spur of the moment to check my ears for an infection. The doctor believes Flonase will take care of the post nasal drip. Yay!

I had 9:00 am appointment and arrived early. The nurse took my blood pressure and gave me flu shot. At 9:03 she left saying Dr. Mofor should be there shortly as I was his second patient. I sat there til 9:40!! Every time l have had appointment l am always on time but have to wait on him every time for what I feel is an unreasonable amount of time. This is after the nurse has done what she needs to do.

It was a slightly long wait

Let the patient know that the doctor is running late or behind, instead of sitting so long before being seen, or giving the option to reschedule.

Although the appt was for 3:20pm I was not seen until 4:30pm

I appreciate everything and everyone for being honest, respectful and supportive to me and my health. Dr. Mofor is a very important part of my life and well being, that's why I came back to visit him and his staff. Considering the appointment was booked 2 months in advance and I waited an hour to be seen right before closing time it would have been nice to not be rushed and not immediately asked to reschedule due to closing of business in 5 minutes when it took an hour to be seen as a FIRST TIME PATIENT.
